Chimera is my primary workstation, used for software and web development in addition to multimedia and (some) gaming. All hardware listed here is fully functional under Ubuntu 8.04 (or any GNU/Linux distribution), with no configuration required. Compatibility with Microsoft Windows has not been verified.

* While the M1 NIC functions correctly, the current kernel module does not support the full range of functionality available in the Windows driver.


** The sleep button in the upper left corner of the keyboard will cause the system to shut down abruptly. From this state, the power button on the front of the case does not bring the system back online, nor does pressing a key on the keyboard. Toggling the power switch to the off state (from the PSU) and back on allows the system to be booted as normal.
